Hi, I'm Maja + while we might never meet,
I'm CHEERING for YOU!

I have been cheering for people all my life.

There have been 2 threads intertwining throughout my life: Human Connection + Personal Development.

Starting with growing up living all over the globe + living with different cultures. I learned early on that while cultures may be different, we all want the same things: Connection, to add value, + feel loved.

Then in my 18yr US Coast Guard career, learning the power of teamwork, which is human connection.

I've gotten my 10,000 hours in talking to people about what drives them, what they are passionate about while learning their stories. What they love. And finding out what is holding them back from living their best life.

And along the way, I realized that most people don't truly believe that they have greatness within them.

Cheerleaders believe in you. I believe in YOU. They encourage you when you are struggling, reminding you that you can do this! They are the ones jumping up + down with excitement when you share the good news with them.

No one accomplishes big things in life by themselves; it takes a team, it takes people believing in you.

Imagine living in an airport for 6 months, in a foreign country... that's exactly what happened to me. This is my story.
