You are not lost.

You are in your layover.

That stuck feeling, the one where you don't know what's next, where the path has disappeared and every voice around you has an opinion about what you should do, that is not a sign that something is wrong with you. It is a sign that something is about to change.

I know this because I have lived it. And I know the way through.

From the floor of an airport to right here with you.

I spent 161 days living on the floor of Singapore's Changi Airport. No flight. No home. No safety net. Most people hear that and think it sounds extreme. And it was. But here is what I know: the layover you are in right now, whether it is financial, emotional, professional, or all three at once, feels just as extreme from the inside.

Every person at some point gets stuck. The weather changes. The plan falls apart. The thing you were counting on disappears. That is the layover. What happens next is the whole story.

I built a methodology from the inside of my hardest moments. Not to inspire you. To give you the tools to move through yours.

This is what standing with someone actually looks like.

"I did not need to be fixed. I needed someone who could see what I was already capable of and not let me ignore it anymore."

"This work helped me understand myself more clearly. I stopped forcing it and started moving forward."

— Private Client

"Maja did not push me. She stood with me. That changed everything about how I take myself seriously."

If you are ready to move.

There are a few ways we can work together, from a single conversation that reframes everything to deeper ongoing work. Whatever you need, it starts with one step.

UnCharted Greatness

The book that started it all.

Most people are navigating 2026 with a map that doesn’t exist anymore. UnCharted Greatness is the owner’s manual for your Internal Operating System. It’s the distillation of 161 days in a Singapore airport and a lifetime of proving that 'Stuck is a Lie.' This isn't self-help; it's a strategic override.

The UnCharted Greatness Podcast

Short episodes. Real stories. No performance.

Every week I share the experiences, the lessons, and the moments that built this work. The airport. The military. The long way around. If you have ever felt like your life was supposed to look different by now, start here.

Episode 3: The Power of Delusional Optimism

Being a delusional optimist is having a super power unlike anything else!

But you can’t have it without a solid foundation of mindset, metacognition, emotional agility, and the edge.

Only then can you truly use it as a super power!

Speaking & Workshops

For teams, programs, and rooms ready for a real conversation. Not inspiration. Not hype. The honest work of moving forward.

Three people sitting in chairs on an outdoor deck, engaged in a discussion or panel. The setting includes trees, a large window, and natural light.

What Delusional Optimism actually means.

It is not toxic positivity. It is not a vision board. It is not pretending things are fine when they are not.

Delusional Optimism is the deep knowing that everything is working out, even when the evidence around you says otherwise. It is what happens when you understand that what you focus on, you wire in. Your brain builds neural pathways toward whatever you give your consistent attention to. Focus on the best possible outcome and your brain starts building the road to get there.

That is not woo. That is how your brain actually works.

161 days on the floor of an airport with no plan B and no certainty. Still showing up. Still having conversations. Still knowing something was being built even when nothing around me supported that belief. That is Delusional Optimism in its purest form.

Here is what I know about you: you already operate this way. You would not still be here, still searching, still trying, if some part of you did not believe things could be different. You just never had a name for it.

It was never foolishness. It was always right.
