Coffee: So much more

Coffee: So much more

Let me tell you a little something about my very favorite drink, as today is National Coffee Day.

This drink has come to mean so much more to me than just a delicious hot (or sometimes cold as who doesn't love a nitro brew!) beverage.

As I was looking back for pics to post today, it occurred to me that coffee has been the thread connecting so many of my life events.

I have made many new friends over a cup of joe at airports and coffee shops worldwide. I've reconnected with long lost friends, whom I hadn't seen in years over a coffee. Tears and laughter. Heartbreaks and new beginnings.

Even when I was at rock bottom, when I wondered if I would ever get thru another challenge, somehow, there would be a cup of coffee there to give me hope and faith—reminding me of how beautiful the simplest of things can be.

I’ve had countess conversations about the many different ways you can make and drink coffee all over the world.

Coffee is one of those things that connects us, no matter where you are from in the world. I think about how many times Ive walked into a local coffee shop, anywhere in the world, and have quickly felt like I was home.

And right now we could all us a little more connectedness in the world. So grab a cup and let’s connect.
